   We build in clear, verifiable increments. You see working software every week, not Gantt charts.

   VALIDATION

   We test with you. We measure against the original scope. We adjust where reality demands.

   DELIVERY

   We hand over a working product, full documentation, and an optional support agreement. If 100% of scope is not delivered, you do not pay.
